The close knit relationship that is at the core of this multigenerational team comes across in both process and final product.
Tim Mohr
Principal, A.I.A., LEED A.P
The founder of our architecture firm, together with his wife Sherman Todd, Tim has over 40 years of experience in architecture. From working a variety of construction jobs during his college years as an English and Studio art major, to earning his masters degree in architecture from Yale University, Tim has a deep understanding of both the design and building processes. This is reflected in his unparalleled ability to bring intricate and nuanced space to life through architectural detailing.
Tim served as the chair of the Board of Architectural Review for the city of Charlottesville, VA for 10 years and continues to be involved in the shaping of the built environment in Charlottesville and beyond.
Sherman Todd
Lead Designer
A master of spatial planning that seamlessly enhances the quality of daily life, Sherman has over 40 years of experience in design. After meeting Tim at the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies in NYC, Sherman went on to earn her masters degree in architecture from Yale University.
She is well versed in the world of construction having studied wood building techniques at the Shelter Institute in Maine as well as having built many spaces herself. Sherman has taken the lead on a variety of residential projects while simultaneously managing the architecture firm business affairs. She cares deeply about each client and works tirelessly to ensure that the space she designs meets their needs.
Georgia Todd
Project Architect, A.I.A.
The daughter of two design professionals, Georgia has been thinking about space for as long as she can remember. After earning a master’s degree in architecture from Yale University and spending a brief stint in NYC, she set her sights on establishing a new branch of the family practice in Utah. To Georgia, the west presents an opportunity to bring the firm’s ethos of highly personalized and thoughtful work to a new landscape with a different set of exciting design challenges.
Additionally, Georgia is an Associate Instructor teaching undergraduate architecture courses at the School of Architecture at The University of Utah.
